Where should Claude find your content?

We recommend uploading your photos and videos to Canva, so they’re easy for you to find and easy for Claude to use. Set it up once and add to it anytime.

Make your folders. In Canva, go to Projects and create a folder for each type below, like “Personal Branding.”
Upload your photos and videos. Drag them into the right folder, like your headshots into Personal Branding.
Copy each folder’s link. Open the folder, click Share, copy the link, and paste it in the matching box below.

Tip: Make it easy to find your assets in Canva by clearly naming each folder “Personal Branding,” “Local Content,” “My Listings,” and “ Content.” Each folder can hold both photos and videos.

Send to Claude

Now that we have all of your information, Claude will write your captions and edit your Canva templates for you. Just copy your request, open Claude, and paste it in.

One time: in Claude, click the + button, open Connectors, and connect your Canva account. Web search is turned on in your Claude settings Required
Claude needs web search to check that local businesses, events, and market stats are real and current. In Claude, open Settings, go to Capabilities, and turn on Web search. On a work or brokerage Claude account, if you don’t see it there, the account owner turns it on under Organization.

Two quick steps and Claude gets to work on your captions and Canva templates.

1Step 1: Copy your request
You’ll see “Copied!” when it’s ready.
2Step 2: Open Claude and paste
Open ClaudeIn the new chat, click + and make sure Web search and Canva are on. Then paste with Cmd+V on a Mac or Ctrl+V on a PC and press Enter.

Works best on a computer. A long request may show up in Claude as an attached text box. That’s normal, and Claude reads all of it.

What happens next

1Claude shares a quick planA few lines telling you what it will do, which posts it will skip, and then it gets started. No extra questions.
2Claude makes your posts in Canva, a few at a timeAfter each batch, you’ll see a preview and one simple instruction in bold.
3You look them over and click SaveSaving keeps the changes in your Canva copy. Ask for any changes in plain words, like “use my downtown photo on the 9th.” Your Marketing Suite templates are never changed.
4Claude writes your captionsOnce your posts are saved, you get every caption in one list, in plan order, ready to copy into your scheduling app.

Schedule and post

Your posts are finished in Canva. Schedule them in your app on the days in your plan, then mark each one posted once it’s live.
