Instead of overwhelming yourself with huge, vague goals, try these tips for success -

Start by setting smaller milestones, like reaching out to five new leads per week or creating a new marketing plan. Focus on just one step at a time.
2️⃣ Make your goals specific and measurable.
Vague goals like “get more listings” can feel daunting. Instead, aim for something like “secure three new listings by the end of the quarter.” Then, use trackers or apps to stay on top of your progress!
3️⃣ Focus on habits, not just outcomes.
Resolutions built around habits are easier to stick with. For example, instead of saying, “I want to close 20 deals,” focus on habits like posting on social media consistently or following up with past clients weekly.
4️⃣ Celebrate the little wins.

And for this one, we're specifically talking about short-form videos. One of the best ways to grow your following on social and generate leads is to go all-in on local content.

You might not realize that the home you're comparing yours to might not be a comp to look at.
Here’s why 👉 licensed appraisers and real estate professionals consider a lot of factors when selecting comps, such as -
📍 Location: Is the home in a comparable neighborhood or area? Even being a few streets apart can make a big difference.
🏠 Size: The square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and lot size all play a role.

Here are some of our favorite tips for home decor for the rest of the winter season -

Replace holiday-themed accents with cozy, neutral-colored options - look for chunky knits or faux fur to keep it warm and inviting.
