Our honest advice? If you use another CRM as a true database to document interactions, lead statuses, and key points in the transaction, keep doing that! Consider using ConvertKit just to send the monthly email newsletter. You can use the free version, upload your list of contacts, and easily send the newsletter. It’s a much bigger timesaver VS recreating the email each month in another system. But it’s up to you!
