Fill out your agent profile once. Each month, answer a few quick questions, then send everything to Claude to customize your posts and fill in your Canva designs. Your answers save on this device and are never sent anywhere until you paste them into Claude.

We recommend Rela, since it lets you add trending audio to your reels. Later is a great option too. With Claude in Chrome, Claude can load your month of posts right into either one.

Your photos and videos

Separate Canva folders keep things easy. Share each folder link so Claude can find the right photos for each post.

Tip: Name your photos and videos with the place or moment in them, like “Main Street Books - downtown” or “Me at the 412 Oak St open house.” Claude can see what’s in a photo, but not which bookshop or coffee shop it is, so names help it pick the right photo and mention the right spot.

These show up in a lot of Marketing Suite posts. List a few in each, separated by commas, and only share real favorites. If you leave one blank, Claude will suggest options for you to approve instead of making one up.

Send it to Claude

Make sure Canva is connected in your Claude settings first.

  1. Click Copy for Claude. Your profile, this month’s answers, every post’s captions and tips, and the Marketing Suite’s instructions are copied together.
  2. Click Open Claude and paste into a new chat.
  3. Claude looks through your Canva folders, then sends back a full preview of your customized posts and captions, the photos and videos it picked for each one, and a short list of anything to double-check.
  4. Once you approve it, Claude fills in your Canva design, including the photos and videos from your folders. If you chose to add photos yourself, you’ll get a list of what each post needs. Then review your designs and schedule them.
