Yes, in order to be eligible for Premium Services you must maintain an active Marketing Suite membership.

Good question! It takes time for marketing to work, and we want to set you up for success. Plus, we have a waitlist of agents who would like this service. So the commitment ensures we’re working with agents who are serious about the services and their marketing.

Yes, your agreement will automatically renew for 6-month terms unless canceled in writing with a 45-day notice before the renewal date. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more.

A Later Starter plan is required for social media and scheduling services. This plan allows us to schedule your social posts across all of your social platforms for the month. Click here to sign-up for Later Starter plan.

A Kit Creator plan is required for email marketing services. This plan gives 2 users for your account and is required to give our team access to manage and send emails on your behalf. Click here to sign-up for a Kit Creator plan.

Our postcards are integrated with Canva & RealMailers. RealMailers allows us to print and mail your postcards to your sphere or to a farming area. Click here to sign-up for a FREE account & please add your profile and billing info.

You will be billed and charged monthly for the next month’s marketing services. For example, your January payment would cover February’s marketing services. This is because our team works ahead of time to get all of your content scheduled for the next month. This ensures all of your produced and published marketing is paid for to be used in time.

Yes! You’ll get the chance to preview and proof the social posts, email newsletters, and postcards, and will have 24 hours to request any edits or changes to be made

Yes! You can send us any photos or videos you’d like included in your content and we will use them to customize your marketing for you.

Yes! We’ll feature your listings throughout your social posts and even in your email newsletter for you! There areaopportunities to highlight active listings, open houses, and even sold listings.
