Busy Agent Tech Tricks

😎 This time of year can be an incredibly busy time in real estate!
People are making moves in the market, and I'm also (INSERT WHAT - example: taking a quick trip to XYZ or everything that's happening locally).
So, to stay better organized and reduce any overwhelm, I turn to my biggest trick - using the right tech for each challenge!
🖥️ Providing the best service to my customers is always a top priority, and to better do this, I leverage (INSERT WHAT - example: a CRM system, communication tool, organization app) to stay in touch and up-to-date.
🗃️ And since myself and those I work with are constantly on the go, I strive to keep any transactions going as smoothly as possible with the help of (INSERT WHAT - example - my transaction management platform, Dotloop). That way, we can easily sign documents on the go and access important info from our phones!
✨ Ultimately, I wouldn't be able to get things done if my business was a mess! That's why I also use (INSERT WHAT - example - an app to stay organized like Evernote, Google Calendar, Dropbox, etc.) to stay on track and keep everything organized!

One way I do this is by attending industry trainings.

Budgeting for Owning

🛑 Hold up! There's more to it than just a monthly mortgage payment.
You'll have to budget for and be prepared for other common homeownership expenses like:

💸 Any HOA fees
💸 Maintenance and repairs
💸 Pest control
💸 Landscaping
💸 and more!
Plus, it's wise to have an emergency fund!
That's why it's so important to budget accordingly and keep in mind all of these expenses when choosing a home that works for you!

What’s a Leaseback?

But what if you're home sells quickly, and you need more time to move out?
That's when a leaseback option, a sale-leaseback, or a rent-back agreement might make sense.
🗓️ You can leverage a leaseback or post-closing occupancy agreement to lease your home from the new buyer for a specific period of time.
This arrangement can give you more time to transition out of your home!
So, if you're thinking about selling but concerned about the timing, this is an option to consider.

So how do you create your own gallery wall? Here are some tips to keep in mind:
