There are many reasons why working with a buyer’s agent, like me, is beneficial!
To even better understand how a buyer’s agent can help you, I suggest you review a written buyer’s agreement.
These written agreements (industry standard as of August 2024) can help share with you what exactly to expect from your agent, and it will be required to tour properties in the MLS.
I’m a professional who has spent countless hours learning and executing strategies for getting my buyers to the closing table.
So, my answer to the question, “do you really need a buyer’s agent?” is…YES! I recommend you work with a buyer’s agent whose value you’ll quickly find as soon as you start working with the right one.

This change is all about enhancing transparency and setting clear expectations from the start.
The National Association of REALTORS® has stated that “these agreements can help consumers understand exactly what services and value will be provided, and for how much.”
The good news is that there are many benefits to you as a buyer in having a written agreement.
