But I did it.
Every challenging moment was a chance to get up again. And now I’m proud of where I am today. 🙌

Why Choose a Local Agent

And the vast majority of them are not the right agent for you 🛑
It's true!
And it's not because there aren't experienced, caring agents out there to choose from...
✨ It's because it pays to work with a local agent when buying or selling a home ✨
As a local agent in (insert area), I can speak personally to this!
I dedicate time to being an expert on the local real estate market. I know what's happening with market trends, am familiar with everywhere to live, and am well-informed on local real estate matters.
When you work with somebody from out of town, they might not know what they don't know. 🤷♀️🤷♂️ And this can ultimately end up costing you in the long run.
If you have a real estate need, I highly recommend interviewing local agents (like me!) who can share their buying and selling plans with you.
And if you're moving out of the area, I can also refer you to experienced agents where you're going.

A Day in the Life
