✔️ Average days on market is how long a home is actively for sale before it goes under contract.

It's an easy way to add character to a porch space or even a kitchen window! It also makes it convenient to add fresh herbs to your dishes when cooking.
Here's how to get started-
🪴 Step 1: Choose the right space with fair sunlight for your herbs - whether it's on a porch, balcony, or even in a window.
🪴 Step 2: Prepare your containers - a decorative planter or pots that match the rest of your decor, for example! You'll want to be sure your container has good drainage. Prep for your herbs by adding nutrient-rich soil.
🪴 Step 3: Choose your herbs! From fragrance to what you prefer to use for cooking - this one is up to you! Some of the most popular choices include basil, mint, rosemary, or parsley.
🪴 Step 4: Plant your herbs, water regularly, and enjoy!

◽️ A general rule of thumb is to allow for about 2-3 feet of rug showing from the sides and bottom of the bed. The larger the bed, the larger the rug will need to be.
◽️ The right rug size will also depend on its placement. Do you want your rug under the entire bed, or only at the foot? Take this into account when choosing the right size for your space.
◽️ Consider the entire room when choosing the right rug. For example, if the rest of the room is more neutral, you can opt for more of a statement rug with bold colors, patterns, and textures.
Personally, a good floor rug is one of my favorite decor additions to a bedroom space!
