There are certain steps and documentation you’ll need to get everything in order, but owning a home is absolutely a reality for you.
Now, if you have dreams of becoming your own boss and buying a home in the future, know that you’ll need a history of income. 💸 It also isn’t advised that you make any job changes during the mortgage process.
So, it might not be the right time to switch from a 9-5 to being self-employed if you’re wanting to buy soon.
However, if you have the documentation of being successfully self-employed, you could qualify for a mortgage.
I can recommend a trusted lender who can help make sure you have everything you need in order.

Pets When Selling

While ‘fur babies’ are extremely special members of any family, when it comes to selling your home, there are a few important things to keep in mind!
🐾 Put away pet items for showings and listing photos.
👉 It’s important to declutter and depersonalize your home when preparing to sell so that its next potential owner can visualize their own lives in the home. This is no exception when it comes to your pet items!
🐾 Be mindful of smells.
👉 Unfortunately, with pets can sometimes come unwanted smells that your home’s next owner might take notice of! So be sure to clean, vacuum, and clear out any pet smells before showings.
🐾 Remove your pets for showings.
👉 Just as you should leave the home for showings, it’s likely best for your pets to vacate as well, so your trusted REALTOR® can show potential buyers the space as seamlessly as possible.
👉 If your pet can’t leave the home, be sure to put them away in a secure space and let your REALTOR® know where they are.

Get Outside and Active Locally

☀️ Here are some of the best ways to stay active and enjoy the outdoors in the {INSERT AREA} area ⤵️
🚲 Go for a bike ride at {INSERT A GOOD PLACE TO BIKE RIDE}. Not only is bike riding a great low-impact workout, it’s also the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air and the beauty of nature in the area.
🏃 Visit a trail for a walk, a run, or a hike at {INSERT A TRAIL}. Take in the scenery while getting a workout that is also known to reduce stress!
🌅 Take in the views of the {SUNRISE OR SUNSET} at {INSERT LOCAL PLACE WITH GOOD VIEW}. This is one of my personal favorite ways to take in the natural beauty of the area and is the perfect way to {START OR END} your day.
🛶 Spend time near the water at {INSERT PLACE}. There are a number of known health benefits to being near water, so take some time to {INSERT ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO HERE, LIKE SWIM, KAYAK, BOAT, or ENJOY THE VIEWS}!
🍽 Have an outdoor picnic at {INSERT PLACE}. Get a change of pace by having a meal outdoors. Pack up your favorites and a blanket, and take in the benefits of getting outside while enjoying your next meal!
🐾 Be around animals at {INSERT AREA LIKE A ZOO, A FARM, WALK WITH YOUR PETS, ETC.} Spending time with animals is a known stress reliever!
