Question: Why does using tech matter for today's real estate agent?
Tavia: When using the right tech for your business, it can truly streamline your efforts and allow you to be where it matters, with your clients. Any successful agent will tell you that the real success comes from connecting with people, not sitting behind a screen. Life and business move fast. Time matters and reach matters. Having the tools that help you automate the things that can be automated matters. Having systems that talk to each other, so you aren't forced to learn multiple platforms and keep multiple passwords, that matters.
Question: What are some of your best tips for implementing new tech?
Tavia: KNOW what you are spending money on, and find out how it connects to your current systems to streamline your efforts. LEAN on the training that is offered by the product and your brokerage! DON'T buy things or implement things that you already have - unless you are thinking about a switch because the ROI is no longer there. TRACK what you are doing. If it's advertising, what is the reach, how many leads were generated, how many deals did you close?
